H.S. St. Amant & Sons Inc. is a Canadian fourth generation family owned and operated business that specializes in MECHANICAL CONTRACTING including HVAC systems (natural gas, propane & electric systems), boiler installation and service, plumbing, and water processing –water softening, ultra violet purification, reverse osmosis systems, iron removal and general filtration. We have been providing sales, service and installation in residential, commercial and industrial environments for over one hundred years.
H.S. St. Amant & Sons Inc. was founded in 1875 and operates a main location strategically located in downtown Penetanguishene just off of highway 93. H.S. St. Amant & Sons Inc. facility is a 15,000 square foot facility, including 8,500 square foot production shop, which includes a general office, parts department, retail sales, a design department, pump test area and a production department comprised of light sheetmetal fabrication equipment: brakes, sheers, Pittsburgh lock; air tools, rigid thread machine (up to 4”), groove lock machine, drill press, grinders, jack hammers, etc. In order to meet the needs of our client we are TSSA (Technical Standards and Safety Authority) certified for fuel, boiler and pressure vessels. Our substantial line of production equipment, coupled with our staff of highly trained mechanical journeymen allows us to provide a wide range of services, with a commitment to a high level of quality. Our trades and scope of work also includes licensed Plumbers, HVAC Technicians, Steam and Boiler Fitters, Sheetmetal journeymen and apprentices -all trained to meet current health and safety regulations.
